Where is the store based?
We are located in the USA.  

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All Sales are final. We currently do not accept returns as all our items are hand made and custom made.  However, we strive to go above and beyond to make all our buyers happy. If any of the following circumstances pertains to your order, please contact us ASAP so that we can help you with your order: - damaged item - wrong item - missing item. If for some reason, buyer and seller agreed to return an order, we will return the total minus 20% as a restocking fee. Also, shipping fees are not refundable. Note: We accept exchange within 3 days of delivery only!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! The shipping rates may vary. Add your items to your cart and you'll get the shipping costs or either contact us at for more information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 to 3 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local post office.

Please allow 1 to 5 days in handling time to prepare purchased items.

Do you guys provide tracking number?

Yes, we do!  For domestic orders: Once we ship your order, the next USPS scan you'll see would be at Chicago, IL and the next one would be once is "Out for Delivery".

For International orders: Once we ship your order, the next USPS scan would be at Chicago, IL (USA).  Once the package is out of the states it can't be tracked until is delivered.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If the item you want is out of stock, feel free to message me. I normally can restock it quickly or create a custom order for you.

What are Pre-Order Items?

Pre-Order items are pieces which you may purchase before becoming available to the general public. These pieces are very popular and sell out quickly. By pre-ordering, you are guaranteeing yourself the item. All pre-order pieces will be available in 5 to 10 business days.

Do you make customs orders?

Custom orders are always welcome! My designs are perfect for bridesmaids jewelry and gifts and I am happy to customize my designs to match your colors and style.

How often you have new items?

I love to create new designs/jewelry and accessories all the time! 

New items are being added all the time. We'll also be doing some special sales from time to time. Make sure to add the shop to your favorites and follow @LOVEANDREASCLOSET on Instagram so you don't miss anything. ;)

Jewelry Care

All of our jewelry is hand made. Please store your jewelry separately in dry environments to avoid contact with moisture.

Always remove your jewelry before bathing or swimming. It is recommended to put on your jewelry after you have applied perfume, body oils, lotions, hairspray, etc as these chemicals can cause tarnishing and may also result in damaging your jewels permanently. 
Brass jewelry: Put your brass piece in ketchup sauce for 10 to 20 minutes, then clean it with paper towel to remove patina.  Repeat if necessary.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We sure do! As a military family, we are proud to bring our handmade accessories to other military members. We ship to APO/FPO addresses on a daily basis without ever had any problem. Thank you for your service!


How do I pay for my order?

Our Checkout is powered by both Stripe and Paypal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Love Andrea's Closet has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
